I'm 5'8" and my goal is 162....I can maintain that, did before for two years. I might like to go lower but I'm a slow loser because I like to eat and my weekly average weight loss is .6 pounds (which I am fine with...lost weight quickly the first time and gained it all back).
I think I'm a small-medium frame.0 -
5'7'' presently 220 goal is 170. Since I have no idea how I would look at the hight bc I don't think I've been below 190 since middle school so my goal might change. I think I have a medium frame. Most of my weight is hips/butt/ thighs0

I am 5 ft 8 inches, medium build, rather busty and I am 57 so my goal is 168. I hope to start geting in some weight training to build some muscle. Most people tell me now that I don't need to lose but I still have a muffin top. I weigh 181 now.0

5ft8 and would like to get down to 140, see how I look and if I can stand to lose a bit more, then 135. I'm currently 154, so I have 14 lbs to lose.0

5'8" and a goal of 160ish Based on the fingers around the wrist test, I have a large frame.
I'm 46 and need to drop the 17 yr old baby weight! I'll keep the kids, however. In my late 20s I was able to get down to 150lb and could wear a size 10, sometimes an 8. I"d be thrilled to get down to a 12, sometimes a 10 at this point. I'm a size 16, pushing 18 right now, and not digging it. My main goal, however, is health. I've had Rheumatoid Arthritis since college, and now that I'm older, the extra weight really impacts my poor ol' joints negatively. I put the weight on, so it's up to me to get it off. I'd like to think that some day, in the not too distant future, I"ll be a long, lean, red hot middle aged momma!0 -
I'm 5'10.5" and my goal is somewhere between 140-150, but weight doesn't mean as much as Bf% for me, I'm trying to get to 16%, then maybe a little lower depending on aesthetics at that point. I want to compete, otherwise my goal Bf% would sit closer to 20%.

I'm 5'8" and am at 145 right now. Goal is to be able to maintain between 140-145. I generally fit into a size 2 (sometimes 4) pant at this weight and a size S top. I have weighed less, but my face tends to look gaunt if I go below 140. Thus, I'll hit the 140 mark and then just continue to tone, not lose...at least that's what I'm hoping.0

5'10 and I'm wanting to get down to 160 or 1550

5'9" and between 135-140lbs,so I am maintaining. Was lower but was told I was too thin...(126lbs). I have gained but I think some is muscle, I'm still in a size 4-6 so I'm happy with that. Still have the urge to go lower, I liked seeing my weight below 130, but I know that at my age (44) it can make me look older...I want my body and face to match LOL.0

I'm 6'1 and have a goal weight of 140 (what I weighed before my son was born) I will deside if I will keep going when I hit 160.
I have no idea about the wrist thing with your thumb but if you measure it with a tape it's 5" to 6" small frame 6" to 6 1/2" med frame 6 1/2" or more large frame.
