    I am starting this again. Tried it once but fell off the bandwagon at 10 days. I am 20, 5"6 and 152 lbs (lost 16 lbs last year but have been bouncing between 147 and 153 ever since). I am moving to Australia on Feb 8th to start medical school (I am a registered nurse) and my goal is at least 130 by then (22lbs in 3 months, my previous record weight loss). I will start the 30 day shred today. Anyone looking for a friend just add me! I need someone looking over my shoulder so i don't fall off again. Thanks

    Just finished Level 1 Day 10!!! 1/3 of the way there and excited to move on to the next level.

    That means measurements and pictures tomorrow. Hoping to see a little bit of a difference because the scale is holding steady.

    I did the shred once a day but I usually got in a hike or walk in the afternoon and sometimes did Zumba in the evenings.

    Just did level 1 day 1 today!!! Wish me luck :)

    Good luck! I finished Day 3 today. I think it's starting to get easier. Hard to tell when my dog is trying to lick my face while I crunch.... haha!

    Today was my Day 2 of the shred, my dog was tossing his stuffed raccoon in my face to play while I was doing my crunches. I also posted my before pics on my profile and he photo bombed them.

    So with this program - you are doing just ONE 30 minute workout per day? And did any of you follow the diet that goes with the program, or did you just still with the MFP program for eating?

    YOu all look so awesome!!!! Congrats!!! Let's hope one day I can be posting pics :)
