so 10 things about losing weight are
1.Don’t skip meals.
2.Use a smaller plate
3.Count calories
4.Don’t blame your metabolism
5.Protein staves off hunger pangs
6.Soups keep you feeling fuller for longer.
7.The wider the choice of foods the more you eat.
8.Low fat dairy helps you excrete more fat.
9.Exercise continues burning fat, even while you sleep.
10.Keep moving and lose weight
I have to start to do my cardio work out again then. Usually exercise makes me hungry so instead of work out, I just eat less.0 -

These are great! I've always heard that 'middle' fat was worse than fat in other areas, but I never knew why. This explains that! Thanks so much!0

You can find a lot of these types of things on YouTube. I was addicted to watching them for a while!
Though not technically a documentary, I enjoy watching "Supersize vs Superskinny". It's a British programme where two people, one with a high caloric intake and one with a low caloric intake, swap diets for a week (I believe). Sometimes you pick up tips and tricks for keeping your weight down, or what you should/shouldn't be eating--And! It's entertaining! There are many, many episodes on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXxBj3BrrcU
I really recommend it.0 -

I found the above link which gives you the whole hour of the documentary. Well worth sitting through. It is free to watch the video - just click to start it. Not sure what Amazon is selling on the page.0
