I m almost 5'4", and my goal weight is 110-115 lbs. Currently, I am around 132 and usually wear size 7 jeans. I am still a teen, and feel that this is a good weight to shoot for.0

Im about 143 and im wearing size 6-11 right now

Hello All. I'm 5'3" and I'm quite far from my ultimate goal weight of 125 lbs. I'm not quite sure if this goal is realistic or not but I got that number from a website that calculates ideal weight depending on age, height and gender. I'm 5'3", currently 143. I am a very petite build and felt my best at my "normal" weight: 110lbs. So 110 is what I am shooting for. Not shooting for any jean size because this is not about looks for me but getting back to my healthy weight. Currently a size 10 in jeans, though.
ETA: even though my goal is to get back to 110, I know I am building muscle that I did not have, so if I am in the 111-125 but feel healthy again, then I will stop there.0 -
I'm 5'4" and 108 pounds which is where I want to stay. I'm a size 00/0 but I'm naturally slim, and do watch what I eat plus exercise about 3 times a week0

For 5"4' women, the BMI charts say that a health range ends at 145. I set my goal at 149 because it felt possible to me. I was originally aiming for 155 , but when I broke the 200 barrier, I adjusted down to 149. When I get there, I will see how I feel.
When I was in college, I was in the 130s. The last time I was below 120, I was in high school (ages 13-17). I think it's unreasonable for me to be back at that puberty weight because I've grown some Ta-Tas since then and my hips have widenend. I also have equally broad shoulders, which makes me an hour glass shape. Based on the wrist & elbow calculators, I'm at the top end of medium boned for frame size. My butt muscles are round rather than flat. So, with these great womanly assets, I doubt I would looks good at the low end of the prescribed BMI range. Besides, I doubt I could grow my hips back together to narrow them up. LOL!0 -
135. My inital goal was to be 145, since that's always where I seem to end up. But I've continued to lose a bit more even on maintenance. I fluctuate between 132-135 or so. I'm 5'3"0

I'm 5'3ish and I weight 130 my goal for now is 120 but it'd like to get to 110. I have a small frame and build, all of my weight goes to my stomach and butt ( never boobs). I was 110 before and was not stick thin but also did not have boobs or a curvy body.0
