I decreased my coffee from 2 cups to 1 last week, but now :drinker: ...I'm down to a small from a medium. Go me! :happy:0

I'm late, I'm late - 3/20 challenge: to make getting enough water simple for me I learned what is called the "Royal Flush" it emphasizes drinking 1.5 liters of water 1st thing in the morning. I keep a 2 liter pitcher next to my bed, it sounds like a lot of water but once you do it you crave the water, so I start my day with 2 liters of water.
3/21 challenge: no sodas or other carbonated drinks
3/22: didn't exercise
3/23: today's weight 188.50 -

3/24: 10 push-ups -- Done (on knees)0

10 pushups done - didn't think I could do it, but I surprised myself and actually did another 5!
snacks today - 1/2 cup of blueberries for my moring snack and a pure protein shake for my afternoon snack immediately after my workout!0 -
I can't see the challenges because my work computer blocks them....can someone send a plain text version to me???? I know I did 10 push ups yesterday (on knees) but what else have a missed????0

Well I'm down on the floor doing my push ups and one of my dogs decides I want to play - she comes down when I push up and she hit me in the head so hard with her head I nearly cracked a tooth - lesson learned. Healthy snack/lunch today hummus and crackers! (whole grain of course)0
