    12/4 hill (treadmill) and legs - 504 calories

    I have to say thanks to all of you for keeping me motivated right now. I seem to be experiencing extended PMS - tired, grouchy, and seriously cramping. Took yesterday as a rest day because I just didn't have it in me. Wasn't really feeling up for hills and legs today, but I was so inspired by everyone else's burn that I made myself go anyways.

    Hey team, I have been working out but have forgotten to post it here.

    12/5 Modified Elliptical 318

    I won't forget again. I am doing my best to find workouts that don't involve weight bearing. We'll see what happens tomorrow!

    I have no really great answer Angel.:( I usually swim laps easy. I use 400 calories per hour then (@ easy-moderate). 500 if i'm really working it. I'm just mimicking the burn i get for that effort elsewhere though.

    I wasn't totally planning on taking yesterday off, it just kind of happened. I'm kind of bummed, but my legs thanked me for it today (although, I was standing on them most of yesterday so they didn't get that great of a break).

    Hey everyone, I've been kind of a crappy teammate so far. I've had a few unexpected things come up, one of which being an injured dog that I couldn't leave alone (he doing well now).
    I did kick my *kitten* today and got out for a 10 k. So -
