    My post-workout smoothie may consist of either all or some of these ingredients:
    1 cup Natura soymilk (unsweetened) - 80cal
    1 banana - 110cal
    1 tofu Sunrise dessert packet (Any flavor usually works) - 90cal
    2 tbsp Kraft smooth 25% less fat peanut butter - 160cal
    2-3 ice cubes
    Total: 440 cal (If you use all the above ingredients)

    - It helps to microwave the peanut butter before pouring it in.
    - The Sunrise tofu company makes lots of flavors (Custard, coconut, banana, berry, almond) & 1 packet is only 90 calories! It also helps to sweeten the smoothie along with the banana.
    - Sometimes I put Fry's cocoa powder in the smoothie if I'm lacking other ingredients. Microwave the milk first, and the powder will mix in fine :) The same goes for instant coffee!

    mmm...thanks! I have one standby but it's boring compared to some of these! I will tell you that I love using my margaritaville machine to add ice!

    chocolate peanut butter shake:

    2 tbs of peanut butter powder (PB2)
    1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder.
    ice.

    Skim milk. Banana. Kiwi. Blue and black berries. Strawberries with peanut butter and 1.5 scoops of lean muscle protein powder. :)

    Just did this one this morning

    4-6 ice cubes
    6oz Almond Milk
    1 medium banana
    1 scoop chocolate whey
    1 tablespoon almond butter

    makes about a 12-14oz drink

    Calories : 368
    Fat: 13g
    Carbs: 40g
    Protein: 29g

    Great start to the morning drink!

    Breakfast shake

    2 tbsp maple syrup
    Scoop vanilla protein
    1/2 banana (frozen for thick/ice cream texture--also use 1/2 cup milk)
    1 cup milk
    3-5 ice cubes

    Blend. Top with 1/2 cup cereal and eat with spoon.

    Apple Pie

    1/2 cup of Greek Plain Yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla protein
    1 tbs cinnamon (to taste)
    1 tbs nutmeg (to taste)
    1/2 cup sugar free/no sugar added apple sauce
    1/2 cup of almond milk (or milk; preference)

    1 frozen sliced banana
    1/2 c frozen strawberries (more if you want)
    1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
    1/2 tsp guar gum
    1/3 c. milk of choice
    4-6 ice cubes

    blend together until smooth and creamy. For those who aren't banana lovers--fear not. I don't even taste the banana in this. :)
