Ok, very behind with this so here goes lots:

12. What is your least favorite type of cardio? - Aerobics classes - No co-ordination
13. What is your favorite type of strength exercise? - Body Pump

15. Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week? - 208, increasing my calories, it is going too quick
16. Which part of your body do you wish to change the most and why? - Stomach, 2 c-sections leave a mess behind them0 -

I usually drink between 120 and 150 oz of water...
24. Have you ever had an eating disorder?
I don't know that I would say it was a full blown eating disorder, but I have made myself throw up in the past when I thought I ate/drank too much.0 -

Could quite say what I have behind all this fat. I did some internet measurements and they say I have a large frame.0 -

No, I was never able to... though I tried... But luckily it didn't work...0 -

I'm from Romania.
The diet here may be considered quite unhealthy, because it's full of carbs and fats... but there are a lot healthy foods also.0 -
42. How many meals do you usually have a day?
3 big meals and 2 snacks.0 -
38. Have you ever binged? If so, what is your binge food?
Binging: it depends on definition. I have definitely eaten too much. And I have had moments when I was eating 100 g of chocolate in a few minutes or tahina with honey by the spoon. But it always ended after 600-800cals.
There were several reasons I realized now. Either not eating enough on a day, so I just needed more food (carbs and fat). Or more Magensium/Potassium (all my binge-foods are rich in that).
Or it was on days when I already had sugar in the morning. This ends less in a binge than in a eating all day long... And this hast to do with my Insulin Resistance...
So since I know that, and make good choices and supplement all the mangnesium and stuff I haven't binge-cravings anymore.0 -

I'n now 85.9 kg (189.4 lbs). This week I have lost 0.7 kg (1.5 lbs). For the next week I plan to exercise more. I was very sick this week... a terrible cold, my nose running non-stop... I feel so un-toned...0 -

I don't have a standard rest day.
I'm quite busy with work and university at the moment and usually if I have homeworks or projects to do, I'll do that, and skip working out a couple of days.
But when I have a more free schedule I rest in function of workouts I made in the last days (I don't do a specific workout, but many ranging from aerobics, pilates, tae-bo, circuit traning, etc). If I am doing mostly aerobics and pilates I don't get a rest day. But after 3-4 days of intense workouts I would usually rest.0 -

Today I tried a new exercise. Well... not new-new... it's new for the last months.
It's called walking throught high snows and avoiding at all costs to fall. )0 -

Switzerland. I think it's generally relatively healthy, as it is a rich country.
A lot of the typically swiss foods are very calorie dense. But I rarely ate those...0 -

9. What is your favorite type of cardio?
I really enjoy doing Zumba. Today i started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I have been feeling unmotivated and kind of put it off for a few days but finally started it. Some moves were easy because of the Zumba classes. Still need to get weights and a yoga mat though since the floor (hardwood) just doesn't cut it.0 -
42. How many meals do you usually have a day?
about 2 real meals and 4 snacks or protein shakes on normal working days:
First Protein Shake in the morning after bed before my morning workout (Kettlebellswings or Tabata and some stretching)
Breakfast (11am): Oatmeal with greek yogurt and berries or lentils, eggs and spinach or so
Lunch (14-15pm): either prepared at home (omelet and veggies or chick peas or whatever) or just some snacking
Afternoon snacks: coffe with milk, some nuts, 90% chocolate or a green smoothie
dinner: usually only snacking some cheese, turkey lunch meat cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs... (in between or after dance teaching), sometimes some real food after teaching
before bed snack: another protein shake and depending on hunger and calories some almond butter or tahina
I have a 1420 net-kcal goal per day and usually some 600-1200 exercising kcals to eat.0 -
48. Do you reward yourself when you reach your short-term goal? What are your rewards?
Rewards are usually things for myself, like clothes, electronics, stuffs...0 -
49. What do you usually have for breakfast?
Weekdays:
- before leaving for work I eat a low fat yogurt (with a slice of pastrami sometimes) or some milk with cereals and fruits (strawberries or dry cramberries or goju berries), around 250 calories
- after I get to work I eat some breakfast biscuits, around 250 calories again
Weekends:
- some kind of egg recipie, with bacon and melted cheese and some toast; omlette withmushrooms and ham; homemade BLTs or other sandwiches
I always aim for a 500 calories breakfast because eating a big breakfast makes my day better.0 -

I was this morning 65.5 kg (144.4lbs).
That means I lost another 1/2 kg (1 pound).
That's ok so far. Today it was the first time someone asked me about my weightloss.

85.3 kg (188 lbs). I lost 0.6 kg (1.3 lbs) this week. Right on track.
Next week I am rying to be as good as I can with my diet. I am leaving for Christmas holiday to spend some days with my family... and logging is so hard when I don't do the cooking...0 -

I am at goal weight and I love it. It's boosted my confidence enough0 -
