Nothing is bad for you, depends on the diet overall0 -
I like to cut an avocado in in half, take out the pit and put slits in the meat to soak up some chipotle tabasco and lime juice, then cover in parmesan and broil them till it's brown on top. I found that recipe on Pinterest and it changed my life.
Tonight for dinner I blended a little over a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and two tbls pesto until smooth (I added a spoonful of the water I cooked the pasta in to make it a little thinner), then poured that over 2 oz. whole wheat linguini and fresh steamed broccoli. It's just like fettuccine alfredo for about 450 calories (this could easily be less, depending on the type of cottage cheese and if you use less pesto)
My healthy pleasure is also roast beef from the deli. I get the Healthy One's kind and it's 60 calories for 2 oz, I eat it straight out of the bag....and Habanero BBQ Blue Diamond almonds, they used to have a buffalo wing flavor, but I can never find it in stores anymore.
I love dieting.0 -

Adding 5g of cocoa powder to a berry or banana smoothie. Cuts chocolate cravings, adds 1g protein and 2g fibre for 12 calories. Feels like I am being real bad tho'0
