Good Ice cream
In reality if something is "bad" for you would depend on if you have any intolerance or medical reasons to avoid something and/or in what amount your consuming said food
Exactly. It's all about portions when it comes to indulgences.
For me it is dark chocolate. The darker the better. I like the 90% cacao blends. A little of it goes a long way to satisfy me.0 -
Small whole wheat pita (90 cals) with one tablespoon organic PB (90 cals) and drizzle of honey. So yum, low cal and high protein. Deeelish!
The other thing is hummus. On anything.0 -
A tablespoon of dark chocolate chips with a handful of raw almonds. Eating this in the late afternoon will keep away all the unhealthy evening cravings and add healthy fats and antioxidants.0

Bad is subjective, really. My bad is anything with copious amounts of sugar. I can't stop eating whatever it's even if I don't like it.
I'm gonna go with earl grey tea with turbinado sugar. Mmmmm0 -
