Walden farms alfredo sauce & dremfield's pasta. Sauce has 0 calories, pasta has 5 net carbs. Throw in some broccoli and chicken/fish/shrimp and it's my favorite dinner. EVER.
I have never heard of either. Do you get them at the grocery store or a health food store? I am obsessed with alfredo - that's been the hardest part of eating healthy.0 -
Hot herbal teas. I drink decaf green tea during the day. Chamomile tea whenever I need to relax. It's comforting.
Tea is how I get through the day. When I'm hungry in the afternoon I drink 32 ounces of water and then reward myself for consuming half of my water with a cup of hot tea. Takes the hunger away in an instant. Such a good tip!0 -

That's a tough one, because I love a lot of healthy food, and a lot of food I love is secretly healthy (like dark chocolate).
To choose a few, though...
Hummus
Tea and coffee
Any kind of creamy soup (mushroom or clam chowder)
