Yur exercises R similar 2 my workouts. I do aerobix and zumba.... AND wish my back permitted kickboxing! Calisthenix iz a bit less enjoyable 4 me, but I still do it at least twice per week. Seeing sum1 soin tha same kinds of exercising gives me confirmation dat I'm doin gud.0 -
