    It's not a documentary, but go to You Tube and search for "walmart people". They've got TONS of pictures of wal-mart people that will make you throw out that carby/fatty food you're thinking of eating...and it's funny to watch these people. Great inspiration on what not to become.

    This is part of a tv series but its called "Big Meets Bigger". It shows the reality of negative health affects caused by an over-consumption of unhealthy foods. It also motivates me to stop eating such bad foods.
