    I am new to this challenge. I usually burn about 3100 - 3300 calories a week.

    I'm interested in seeing if and when I can achieve this goal.

    Haven't done one in weeks!! So here it goes...

    Weekly Goal: 3500!!

    Mon: 907 (60mins treadmill + strength)
    Tues: 753 (60mins treadmill + strenght)
    Wed: 875(60mins treadmill + 50mins walking leisurely pace)
    Thur: 802 (60mins treadmill)
    Fri: 755 (walking)
    Sat: 0
    Sun: 473 (Latin Dance)

    Total: 4565
    Left to go: Surplus 1065

    Yesss, I'm jus now post'n my final resultz..... Had a VERY bizy day yesterday, got home L8, barely managed 2 complete my food diary and fell asleep while copy and pasting this. LOL But-Any-Wayz, HERE GOEZ :

    Week #1 ~ Gona start off w/ an attainable goal ~ 1800

    Mon: 300 (40 minz @ gym)

    Tues: 507 (45 minz of Zumba / 30 minz @ gym)

    Wed: 150 plus (walking) *Today wuz a ruff day 4 me. I hav 4 bulging discs N my lower back that R flared up. Had 2 take it slow and E-Z. I jus hope I'm not feelin as bad 2moro. Regardless, I shall press on.

    Thur: 256 (eliptical)

    Fri: 264 (eliptical)

    Sat: Didn't go 2 gym,,,, Kleen'd house for several hours, but no accurate calorie count,,,, So, itza mystery??? LOL

    Sun: 412 (eliptical & strength @ gym)

    Total: 1889

    First day of challenge Monday 12/17. Yaaay me

    Weekly Goal:3,500 / 500 a day. I can do this ;-)

    Mon 12/17: calories burned 512 (how they were burned) 20 minutes of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and 25 minutes of vigorous calisthenics.

    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)
