Hard Boiled Eggs aka gooey glob of gross

Options
Ok, so my nutritionist insticts tell me I NEED hard boiled eggs. Good protein..yada, yada, yada. My problem is, I can't stand the texture of them. I can deal with the taste, but the texture just reminds me of eating a gooey, smelly glob of grossness. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas to make this better? Thanks!

If it's for protein you can eat the whites only.

Omelets are not acceptable? Add some nice veggies. Yum!

Are there other things you could gain the nutrient in eggs from? Seems pretty awful to force yourself to eat something that you can't stand.

After they are boiled, you peel the shell and it's gooey. At least to me it is. lol.

Why do they have to be hard boiled? An egg is an egg and has the same nutrients regardless of how it's cooked (or not). If you don't like them hard boiled you can prepare them some other way.

Hard boiled are better hot than cold. But personally I prefer eggs scrambled into a veggie omelet, or over easy on rice.

    Hmmm...I wonder...
Anyways... I need something quick to grab, go and eat. I can't whip up some scrambled eggs or an omlet at work. Unless you know how to prepare those using a microwave? I'm not a huge fan of "re-heating" scrambled eggs or omlets.
Thanks for you wise input though.

What about deviled eggs, with some relish and mustard? Couldn't be too bad, right?

Why do they need to be hard-boiled? (I like them for the convenience, myself.)
I made a eggnog shake recently that was pretty good.
    4 eggs, blend
Pour in 1 cup boiling water (careful not to splash)
Blend in 1 scoop (6T) of vanilla protein powder (sweetened with stevia)
I think I added 1/4 cup of powdered milk, and a couple tablespoons of heavy cream
Add a dash of nutmeg and a few drops of rum flavoring.

Chill if you want it cold.

Hmmm..that may be a good idea actually.
Thanks for everyone who gave me other great ideas too. :-D For those of you that gave me other ideas, do you have recipes you follow?

I really don't think you need a certain food. It's the nutrients. What's wrong with something like Greek Yogurt? The kind I eat has 12 grams of protein and 80 calories

I chop them and mix them with chopped celery, smoked turkey breast, diced olives and a bit of mayo or cream cheese.
