I did a thread for the cookie dough recipe, but here it is for you.
4 tbsp pb2 prepared with water
1/4 tbsp natural pb
Dash vanilla essence
Pinch of stevia
1/2 tbsp chocolate chips
Refridgerate for at least two hours. What you'll get very closely resembles raw cookie dough IMO. I like to spread it on apples, it also works well with pretzels and bananas.
As for the green smoothie, this particular one is just almond milk, frozen banana, spinach and vanilla protein powder with a little stevia and ice. Feel free to add me, I'd be happy to share my other smoothie recipes!10 -
I am a major foodie so thought this topic line might be motivational - pix of lovely helathy low cal meals. Good Grief! While some of the meals look delightful, others are pure tanatalization! Bacon, french fries, pastry, fried yummy things - you people are gonna kill me!!

Laksa
Laksa Paste, 20 g 19 cal
Carrots - Baby, raw, 80 g 28 cal
Tesco - Baby Corn, 25 g 6 cal
Beans - Snap, green, raw, 25 g 8 cal
Generic - Mange Tout 100 g, 25 g 8 cal
Sainsburys - Sugar Snap Peas, 25 grams 9 cal
Morrisons - Chestnut Mushrooms, 50 g 7 cal
Knorr - Chicken Stockpot (Each Pot = 28g Unprepared), 0.5 container (28 g as solds ea.) 13 cal
Per Serving: 98
I bring it to work ready chopped - then just add water and zap it in the microwave for 5 minutes. I sometimes add noodles but not today.

This looks lovely! Altho I had to look up what Laksa paste was. Do you suppose another mild curry paste that was vegan would work as well? I would switch out the chicken broth for vegetable, of course!6 -

But, I made my favorite miso soup, with soba noodles, mushrooms, and spinach.
Happy Herbivore's recipe for the soup plus mushrooms, 128 calories, 1.5g fat, 28g carbs, 5.2g fiber, 7.4g sugars, 5.1g protein
Add 2oz soba noodles and 2c chopped fresh spinach

Salmon, green beans, zucchini
Spinach salad with egg, turkey, zucchini, yellow squash, jalapenos, turkey. Toast and an apple too
Chicken pesto sandwich
Holiday dinner: Grilled plantains appetizer, ayamashe main course (goat meat, "remo sauce", rice and a fried plantain)

Mahi Mahi cooked in butter and white wine and topped with mild peach chipoltle salsa.
