My Phone REALLY sucks at taking pictures and makes everything lose its color lol but here is my steak stirfry from last night. Didn't have soy sauce so used sesame oil, peanut oil, rice vinegar, garlic, salt, pep, a little teriyaki, and of course sriracha on my own plate haha

This really looks yummy. But did you know that you don't need to boil the kidney beans if they are tinned?

A couple of my meals lately... the bad pictures are taken with my phone.

This is some sort of mashed potatoes. Just potatoes, egg, cheese (it is a local sortiment of cheese, similar to feta), some smoked pork loin (in natural smoke) and condiments. I make patties from left overs and serve them later. With a salad, a little cucumber, a little onion, a little avocado.
285 calories the mashed potatoes and 200 calories the salad (the avocado ups the calories). Very filling.
    fotografie01431.jpg
A chilli dish (chicken based) served with taco shells and a little parmegiano. The chilli is 344 calories, and the whole dish has like 465 calories.
    fotografie01441.jpg
Beef and mushrooms, some fries and a salad. Could not believe it myself, but this is under 400 calories. The steak has 170 calories, the mushrooms are like 30-40 calories, the fries are 165 calories, the salad again, probably under 40- 50 calories.

It's true I'm somewhat paranoid about kidney beans, I should have faith that the beans are processed before canned in water and not merely soaked in water... But I find mysel thinking... "Well maybe I should boil em anyway."
