12/1 - Rest day
12/2 - Hike 90+ minutes carrying my backpack loaded with 4 ankle weights ( about 10 lbs) 2 large water bottles, my PBJ, some dog treats, and my dog tethered to my waist. All carried uphill to the Eagles Nest Viewpoint. I'll get the pic tomorrow.
12/3 - Run 45 min, Up & down the stairs at home 15 min, calisthenics 45 minutes (crunches, pelvic lifts 8-16 lbs, squats, side bends 16 lbs, pushups, leg curls w/ leg weights-5lbs)
12/4 - swim 40 minutes, 100 crunches
12/5 - dog walk 30 min, 100 crunches
12/6 - run 70 minutes (prep for a 10k on the 15th), 60 crunches
12/7 - tennis 45 min, yard work 45 minutes, 100 crunches
12/8 - 100 crunches & rest day
12/9 - shoveling snow 20 minutes, 100 squats, 100 crunches
12/10 - step aerobics 30 min, calisthenics 40 min including: ab crunches 100, squats, pushups, pelvic lifts, donkey kicks, back extention.
12/11 - 4dogwalk 45 minutes, 100 ab crunches
12/12 - strength workout at home 60 minutes
12/13 - run with dog 40 minutes
12/14 - swim laps 45 min
12/15 - run 10k

12/18 - stationary bike 12 min, In Motion Weights - 45 min, stability ball class - so boring. Don't ever let me take a class again.

12/8: 60 minute cardio barre studio class. I wanted to walk too but it didn't happen, I'll try tomorrow
12/9: cardio barre video. Crap I didn't walk/run today either - will try my best to make it happen next weekend.

1/12 - walking 22 mins
2/12 - walking 45 mins and tons of housework!
3/12 - home workout with weights - 25 mins total 200+ reps of various arm exercises with 3kg weights, 5 min cardio workout (phew). No specific walking today but busy office day and over 11000 steps achieved :-)
4/12 - 65 min gym session - running, rowing, cycling and some weights and stretching. Lots of walking round my office again - I had done over 2 miles by 10.30 this morning! Burnt enough to treat myself to my favourite christmas treat - wensleydale cheese with cranberries - yummy :-)
5/12 - home workout with weights - total of 150 reps, 25 half push ups, plus 10000 + steps on my pedometer today - whoever says office work is sedentary has not been to my office!!!!
6/12 - 70 minute gym session - running, rowing, cycling :-) forgot to put my pedometer on today so no idea how many steps :-(
7/12 - rest day - used all my energy resisting chocolate and cakes today!
8/12 - walking fast pace 64 mins
9/12 - "rest day" - this is in inverted commas because I haven't actually rested at all - been rather busy, finished xmas shopping, put tree up, put lights up, done washing & ironing, cleaning, changed beds, cooked sunday dinner, visited in-laws and generally not sat down all day!
10/12 - 23 min home work out cardio & weights
11/12 - 72 min gym session - cardio & weights
12/12 - 46 minutes very brisk walking - boy it was cold today!!
13/12 - 3 mile walk/jog outside (in the cold) because left work too late to go to gym - rather enjoyed it actually - much nicer than the gym
14/12 - rest day - needed it ! very busy day at work avoiding scrummy food as it was our office christmas buffet lunch - did pretty well - logged what I could remember and wasn't overly hungry so didn't eat anything else (am assuming that despite the spam the board is still on)
15 & 16/12 - rest days but in the loosest possible terms - shopping/washing/cleaning/bed changing/bunny chasing/some walking
17/12 - 38 minute walk - very brisk because it was colder outside than I thought so had no gloves, scarf or ear muffs!
18/12 - 46 minute run - just short of 3 miles :-) and outside not on treadmill
19/12 - bunny cleaning day so only got in 100 sit ups
20/12 - 77 min gym session - ran 5k, cycled 3 miles, 100 sit ups and warm up & cool down/stretching0 -

12/2 - Hike 90+ minutes carrying my backpack loaded with 4 ankle weights ( about 10 lbs) 2 large water bottles, my PBJ, some dog treats, and my dog tethered to my waist. All carried uphill to the Eagles Nest Viewpoint. I'll get the pic tomorrow.
12/3 - Run 45 min, Up & down the stairs at home 15 min, calisthenics 45 minutes (crunches, pelvic lifts 8-16 lbs, squats, side bends 16 lbs, pushups, leg curls w/ leg weights-5lbs)
12/4 - swim 40 minutes, 100 crunches
12/5 - dog walk 30 min, 100 crunches
12/6 - run 70 minutes (prep for a 10k on the 15th), 60 crunches
12/7 - tennis 45 min, yard work 45 minutes, 100 crunches
12/8 - 100 crunches & rest day
12/9 - shoveling snow 20 minutes, 100 squats, 100 crunches
12/10 - step aerobics 30 min, calisthenics 40 min including: ab crunches 100, squats, pushups, pelvic lifts, donkey kicks, back extention.
12/11 - 4dogwalk 45 minutes, 100 ab crunches
12/12 - strength workout at home 60 minutes
12/13 - run with dog 40 minutes
12/14 - swim laps 45 min

12/18 - stationary bike 12 min, In Motion Weights - 45 min, stability ball class - so boring. Don't ever let me take a class again.

12/20 - hike 45 min in the sun, snow & mud with my dog, 100 crunches
12/21 - run 10 min on treadmill - so boring but it was enough to get warmed up and go outside. run 45 outside, 100 crunches & 100 squats.
12/22 - bike ride 1 hour 45 minutes
