DISGUSTED.

I just ate a freshly baked, warm, gooey and delicious chocolate chip cookie.

And now I feel disgusting.

What types of food (or drink) do you consume and later think ... " Why did I do that ?"

candy, especially gummy bears and sour patch kids. once the bag or box is open, there's no save some for later .

that's one thing i want to work in for next year.

unfortunately, the same. and if I've had more than I feel safe with for the day, I can literally feel disgusting over dry salad or a bit of unsweetened almond milk & a Splenda in my tea (which is a threat to begin with).

Don't beat yourself up for one cookie (unless it was the size of a dinner plate :)) ) But seriously, just acknowledge how it made you feel, remember that feeling, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move forward with your fitness plans and goals. :)

I think it really helps that I have taken the slow approach to all this, and I eat pretty much whatever sounds good while still trying to meet my nutrition and calorie goals, more or less. There are times when I think, "I would rather have spent those calories on something else," but I wouldn't say I feel disgusted or disgusting.

Ditto. Small splurges are good for your morale. Don't sweat it.

Abslutely nothing. I watch my calorie count and eat whatever I want (even if it is just a very small serving).

Used to eat 6500 calories. That was disgusting. Now, The only time I feel bad about food is when I waste my calories on something that doesn't taste good but I rarely feel disgusted about eating something that I like. I like food, Eating more food is the reason I workout.

This screams eating disorder. I hope you're speaking with someone who can help you overcome these fears. It's no fun living life that way.

Anyways for me it's red meat and fried food. If I consume a lot of fat at once I get quite ill. I also have a dairy allergy but that doesn't really count.

  • We won't discuss the amount of holiday baked goods I've pigged out on lately. Sugar is my vice and the sugar monster has been in full effect the past week or so. Damn all these cookies plates friends keep bringing over!
