I don't have a weight goal anymore. I'm shooting for 18% body fat. I'm 22% now at 132 pounds.0

i am 5'3.5 and i am hovering between 131-133 right now..ideally i would like to get into the high 120s again and tone up a bit....i don't care quite as much about the numbers as i care about how my clothes fit0

5'5'' and started at 154 (now 149/150) - would like to be 130 soon (old weight) then will probably change it down to 112-115.0

I'm 5'5, currently 132 but I'd like to get down to 120. More concerned with lowering BF % now, (I'm at 27%) I want to get down to about 22 % BF.0

I'm 5'4 and weighed 222.4 lbs at my heaviest a few weeks ago. Now I weigh 214.2 and my goal weight is 175. Since my weight is a constant struggle (weighing only 160-something three years ago) i feel it's realistic. However, the medically ideal weight for me (to be considered normal) i'd have to weigh around 145ish. That just doesnt feel right to me, i enjoy being a thick woman too much but whenever I loose weight, I feel like it'll never be enough so having a set number is a good way to control the urge to overdo it :laugh:0

When I got home from the hospital after having my second child (got home the first c ouple days of july) I was 230, I am currently 191. My goal weight is firstly back to what I was before getting pregnant which was 145 and after I reach that I'll be happy but my ultimate goal i s between 125 and 130 like I was before I every got pregnant with my first child.0

I'm 5' 3". I started at 161, now I'm 139. My original goal was 140, but now it's 125.0

5'5 (and a half XD) Highest weight 183lbs, current weight 138.4lbs and my goal weight is somewhere around 125 but depends on how I feel along the way, if I'm toning up then I could stop earlier.0

Hey! I think it really depends on the body type. I'm 5" 2' fairly small boned but I'm pretty curvy weighing 136 right now. My doctor does want me to slim down about 6 lbs for put off certain issues. I could work out and "lifestyle change" like crazy but I'm still always going to be curvy. i won't ever be the kind of small my mom is. At 130 lbs I'm a solid size 6 and I feel good about myself and confident in my appearance as well as my overall health.0
