Week 2 - goal-- 240 which would be 2 lbs.
I have to admit it's not always easy to get all 8 glasses in everyday.:drinker:

Hi All,
This is my first day on my "new" journey. I love what I see on this site so far.0 -
Today went good...I got my 2 mile walk in, 20 crunches, 5 push ups, 5 squats...but I did over eat a little bit at dinner...But not going to let it get me down.
Week 2:

I went and got my taxes done last night and I am getting the most back I think I have ever gotten back over 4k. So I am going to pay off my trainer for the year and pay off another one of my bills. Which will save me over $300 a month. This should leave me about $1500 and I decided that I am going to put $1000 of that in an account for clothes for each new size I go into after I shop out of my own closet I can spend $100 on some new pieces and when I hit my goal weight hopefully I will have atleast $300 left for more clothes. I can do some serious damage between old navy and target with $100.0

That is a great idea! I've kept my all my clothes from about 2 years ago so I should have enough to make it through the next 60 lbs. I'll have to put some $$$ aside for some cute new things to use as rewards.0 -

I did really well yesterday until after dinner... then the left over jelly beans and pretty easter colored peanut M&Ms were staring at me... GAH. I gave in!! BUT I did redeem myself by burning 800 calories! Wooot woot!!
My scale still isn't being friendly either. *grumble* Today isn't my weigh day, I don't know why I did it, but I did. I've been cramping, so TOM is right around the corner... I'm praying it's water retention.

Thats a good idea. I don't get much back on my taxes so I have this little saving plan I do as I go...It really adds up...I'll have like 1000-2000 to spend on clothes! If everything goes right!0 -

Just wanted to make a comment about water. I've been good about getting in at least 8 cups a day for the last few weeks. I have to pee constantly and it is annoying!
I've been noticing a positive change in the last few days that make up for the frustration. My skin looks amazing! Better than it's ever looked before. I've had problems with horrible dry skin my whole life but lately it's not an issue at all. I haven't put on lotion on anything other than my face and it looks as though I have.
Apparently I've been extremely dehydrated my entire life.0 -
