Who's Working Out on Christmas?

Working out as normal. Next week is my official rest week plus last week I had an extra rest day so I might as well.
We will be home all day, we are all done with family get togethers so there isn't really a good reason not to.0 -

I will be doing my cardio and running.... Not sure if i'll do my Push-up's, Sit-up's and Squats...0

For about the second time since I started in September, I'm going to take two days off in a row. I've eaten like crazy and I'm not going to feel guilty about it. I'll be back in the saddle in the morning.0

I ran 3.01 miles today now I'm off to turkey dinner0

Ran 2 miles, some squats and deadlifts, few handstands and dips. Felt great - hot shower- FAT DINNER.

I danced my butt off which was fun, and exercise all at once!0

Today is a scheduled rest day. Even though I had an unplanned rest week last week b/c of a fever, this is Day 4 for this week and a rest day with my program, and if I had gone and played superhero I woulda injured myself! Plus I was enjoying Christmas with the folks this morning. My holidays with them are limited...0

I celebrated Hanukkah already so today was just a normal day for me in terms of working out, though I did head to friends for some christmas food. I did well though and had no desert!0

I inadvertently worked out. Our daughter was given a WII with Just Dance and another Dance program. I just couldn't help myself. I had to dance!0

I did, gym was open from 11 -3...did 70 minutes of cardio and weights :bigsmile:0

I ended up exercising. Did 30 minutes on the mini stepper, some lunges, squats, bicep curls, tricep extensions, side kicks...0

I did, worked out for about 40 minutes doing zumba and if i have more energy might throw something else in. Considering that my gym was closed today and I had to travel yesterday (though I did work out yesterday too) I did well.0

No, today is my rest day actually but I went over in cals but the extra cals I got today wont hurt me a little high cals will help soemtimes lol tomorrow thru friday, working out again. I work out 5 days a week, already did 2 days. I don't feel bad either. it's okay If you don't workout today, we all deserve a day off.0
