These are great! I've always heard that 'middle' fat was worse than fat in other areas, but I never knew why. This explains that! Thanks so much!0

You can find a lot of these types of things on YouTube. I was addicted to watching them for a while!
Though not technically a documentary, I enjoy watching "Supersize vs Superskinny". It's a British programme where two people, one with a high caloric intake and one with a low caloric intake, swap diets for a week (I believe). Sometimes you pick up tips and tricks for keeping your weight down, or what you should/shouldn't be eating--And! It's entertaining! There are many, many episodes on YouTube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXxBj3BrrcU
I really recommend it.0 -

I found the above link which gives you the whole hour of the documentary. Well worth sitting through. It is free to watch the video - just click to start it. Not sure what Amazon is selling on the page.0 -

Bump, thanks for this!0

It's not a documentary, but go to You Tube and search for "walmart people". They've got TONS of pictures of wal-mart people that will make you throw out that carby/fatty food you're thinking of eating...and it's funny to watch these people. Great inspiration on what not to become.0

This is part of a tv series but its called "Big Meets Bigger". It shows the reality of negative health affects caused by an over-consumption of unhealthy foods. It also motivates me to stop eating such bad foods.

Indeed, you can't beat laughing at fat people for a real motivational kick.
<Implied sarcasm off>
<Reality check on>
"Carby" or "Fatty" food will not turn you into a Camel Toetastic monster, overconsumption will.
But hey, back to the belly laughs!0 -
