Alright - I love documentaries in general. And I found these few to be VERY informative.

    http://documentaryheaven.com/10-things-you-need-to-know-about-losing-weight/

    http://documentaryheaven.com/why-are-thin-people-not-fat/

    Enjoy!

The first one worked just fine , but the second wouldn't even show .

Here are two more. They both are really good and focus on new research. (Summaries from Wikipedia and both BBC Horizon documentaries which I recommend anyone to check out the variety of topics they cover.)

The Truth About Fat (original air date March 20, 2012)
Surgeon Gabriel Weston explores why so many people are piling on the pounds - and learns about new ways to fight the flab. She discovers the hidden hormones that control appetite and sees the latest surgery that fundamentally changes what a patient wants to eat - by altering how their brains work.

The Truth About Exercise (original air date Feb 28, 2012)
Michael Mosley investigates recent scientific research that could change the way people exercise, including a study that suggests many could benefit from just three minutes of high-intensity activity a week. He also discovers the health benefits of seemingly innocuous actions, such as walking and fidgeting, and learns why some people do not respond to exercise at all.

Forks over Knives is really good! Food Matters is amazing. There is one called Dive about people living off of corporate garbage which is really good too.
I thought Fat Sick and Nearly Dead was really inspiring, but also kind of an infomercial for Breville juicers (which are amazing).
