Thank you Susan for the b-day wish!!! May I switch Wednesday and Thursday challenges so I can maybe have a piece of b-day cake (if someone makes me one that is! )! I did not have cake last year either and it was the big 50, my hubby is not to good in the kitchen!!!0

Darn it! I was doing so well avoiding the sweets at the office and then I totally flaked and had some girl scout cookies I found in the freezer! Oh well. At least my calories were in check today! :-)0

I found a REALLY cool way to have the daily challenges where I can see them - I right clicked the pic and set it as my desktop background!! so every time I go to my desktop there they are. Totally tanked on today's challenge, been craving chocolate (PMS) and fought it off til today and ate Ben n Jerry's Chocolate Fudge brownie ice cream AND had a can of Mt Dew.0

Thanks for the challenges. Will try to remember, but I get very distracted when I have houseguests. I won't have an empty house until Monday and that only last for 2 days. This "motel" seems to have opened for business earlier than usual.
Enjoy Easter week-end (but not too much.:laugh: )

Monday.............4/5.....110% last chance workout (increase intensity or workout length) Work off that Easter food!
Tuesday...........4/6.....weigh in today, plus do the "commercial challenge": when watching TV tonight, move it during commercials breaks: push ups, stairs, jumping jacks, lunges, push ups, etc
Wednesday.....4/7.....15-20 minutes of stretching or yoga
Thursday..........4/8.....no fast food OR no deep fried foods today
Friday................4/9.....dance for 10 minutes today
Saturday...........4/10...don't nibble today, instead plan healthy snacks
Sunday.............4/11...just say "no" to items not on your plan today0 -

I need to be mindful of these challenges. I really want to make a difference. This week-end will really be a challenge, though, since I'll be partying in NYC w/my nephew who will be visiting from out of town. Hhm.0 -
I finished Monday's challenge and I am so happy about it. :happy: In addition to my Group Active class at the Y, I walked abour 4 miles. That is a lot of exercise for me.0

I'm posting so this ends up in my community tab. No challenge today but tomorrow could be a tricky one since I love my coffee. I guess I better get my Tylenol ready for caffeine withdrawal headache if I eliminate the caffeine. :noway:0
