I decreased my coffee from 2 cups to 1 last week, but now :drinker: ...I'm down to a small from a medium. Go me! :happy:0

I'm late, I'm late - 3/20 challenge: to make getting enough water simple for me I learned what is called the "Royal Flush" it emphasizes drinking 1.5 liters of water 1st thing in the morning. I keep a 2 liter pitcher next to my bed, it sounds like a lot of water but once you do it you crave the water, so I start my day with 2 liters of water.
3/21 challenge: no sodas or other carbonated drinks
3/22: didn't exercise
3/23: today's weight 188.50 -

10 pushups done - didn't think I could do it, but I surprised myself and actually did another 5!
snacks today - 1/2 cup of blueberries for my moring snack and a pure protein shake for my afternoon snack immediately after my workout!0
