To lose the last 10-15lbs and tone up. I start school in 2 weeks, so that is a big goal for me... I graduated high school going on 10 years ago and was always afraid to go to college. Find a job, because i'm tired of being a stay at home mom.0
-
-To get to goal
-Improve on my running times (I want to knock 12 mins of my current time for a standard track I do once a week)
-To be able to row 1km in under 4 mins
-To be happy
-To travel more0 -
HEALTH: Lose all the baby weight
Exercise 5 days/week
Reduce sodium/sugar intakes
FAMILY:Give birth to a healthy baby!
Visit parents more often
Reach out to long-distance family more often
MARRIAGE: Continue to work hard on keeping my marriage as fulfilling as it is now
FINANCIAL: Find a full-time job
Move into my first apartment with baby and hubby!0 -
Ouch. No wine?0
-
Hmmm... most of mine are fitness related:
Squat 185 pounds
Deadlift 205 pounds
Do one unassisted pull-up
Run 5 miles without walking in the middle
Clean up my diet by eating fewer processed foods and sweets
Reduce my body fat % to 25% or less
Return to eating more mindfully and less out of habit or compulsion (I've been slipping on that one lately.)0 -
Hopefully I will be able to do the following:
- Lose about 7lbs if possible, definitely reduce body fat
- Squat 130kg
- Bench 60kg
- Get more tattoos
- Travel as often as I can
- Read and draw more
- See Wintersun live
And maybe:
- get the balls up to emigrate
- Consider the possibility of at least dating a suitable gentleman. We'll see.
- Look into violin lessons0 -
My goal is to get down to 125, look good in a bikini, run at least three 5Ks, run the Crim 10 mile in August and run a half marathon in October. Also I want to do a much better job of tracking my foods and staying under my calorie goal each day.0
-
To get fit and strong and get out of my wheelchair except for long distances. (I'll work on that next.)0
-
Health wise:
Lose 70 lbs. (if I don't reach that number than to be able to know I put in all my effort)
Eat clean 80% of the time.
Drink more water (at least 3-4 liters a day)
Wake up early to go to the gym so I can get in work out daily.
Otherwise,
I want to work away at our debt
support my husband while he is in school and working.
I have some spiritual goals, too, but this isn't the place for that.
And to follow out budget strictly0 -
I don't know how many of these things I can get done, but without a list and some motivation, no one will ever know what they're capable of:
1. Graduate with my bachelors in English and Sociology.
2. Get down to 21% body fat or less. Less would be awesome!
3. Get involved in power lifting again. It's been 5 years and I've lost almost all my strength.
4. Try new fitness related things like hiking somewhere new, rock climbing, Zumba, whatever I feel like.
5. Spend as much time on myself as I feel necessary. If I want a personal night with a bubble bath, I'm not going to make any excuses to not do it.
^ Those are all of things that I WILL DO! ^
v These are all of the things that I would love to do, but I don't know if they're going to happen. v
1. I would love to fit into a bikini top. I tried this year and after losing 50 pounds, my boobs were still too big to fit into anything cute without looking like a stripper.
2. Buy a pair of cowboy boots. I couldn't bring myself to spend the money this past year, so maybe next year.
3. Figure out how to lighten my stretch marks and get rid of my cellulite. Those would be beyond great!
just get the degree first!
Unless something goes horribly wrong, I'm set to graduate in May 2013.0 -
I want to NEVER binge eat again. I don't know what happens. It's like I look for an excuse and I go off the rails. Sorry my poor digestive system... I'm not sure you liked that cheeseburger and fries!!!0
-
My goal is to finish off my ugw and maintain it.0
-
lose down to my goal weight about 20 pounds
gain muscle and be stronger
I would like to be able to run
eat healthy 90% of the time
exercise 4 days a week
wear a size 4
look good in a bikini
I have other non-weight related goals but I am not posting them!0 -
Mine are pretty basic, but the simplest things are sometimes the hardest to stick with.
They are:
1) Keep up with my lifestyle change of working out 4-7 times per week and watching my nutrition and portions (hopefully losing ~70 lbs by the end of the year)
2) Save more money for school, student loans, and my retirement
3) Be a little less stressed (especially at work) and smile more
4) Spend more time with my boyfriend and friends0 -
"Health" wise - I want to be smoking hot for the after tax season party. That means losing body fat and adding strength training to my schedule.
I feel like I look the best I can with weight loss, the rest has to come from losing fat and adding muscle.
Another goal is to learn how to drive for real. I got my license and I understand the mechanics but I am scared to drive.0 -
Physically, I want to lose most if not all of the excess weight. I'm not sure of the exact number, but right now based on my lean body mass, my ideal weight is somewhere in the 150s. Though I'm more aiming to fit into a certain pair of jeans Also, I want to eat more protein and less fat and get serious about running.
As far as the rest of my life goes, I mainly wanna figure out what I'm doing careerwise. I'm sort of bouncing around from one thing to another right now cuz I dunno what I want. And I'd like to meet a bunch of people, cuz I just moved here and I don't know that many people yet, mostly just family. I used to know a bunch of people when I lived here as a child, but we moved away ten years ago and I haven't really been back for long enough to run into any of my childhood friends.
Maybe I'm superstitious, but odd-numbered years are usually really memorable for me, so I have high hopes for 2013.0 -
