A sweet *kitten* and less jiggle when I wiggle!

I'll enjoy buying new clothes the whole way through the journey too!

To look and sound great singing rock and roll with some famous people, or just with friends--it's its own reward! And when I'm out of shape and/or fat, I look and sound much worse, and feel lame up on stage--

    Not being fat.

EDIT: To be very clear, I'm not saying that with any judgement. It's a serious response.
My reward is the optimal health that comes with reaching my fitness goals.
That and maybe a wife trade in......JUST KIDDING DARLIN'.....:flowerforyou:

I bought some True Religion jeans! But, I am not done, not content. Six pack is next! I still have more weight to lose. I am not stopping at just 100 pounds!

    Not being fat.

    This x100

    x another 100. That makes it x 10,000

and feeling like a kickas$ rock star who can do anything with a body that no longer had the limits of excess weight or lack of fitness.

or maybe that should just read: and confidence.

This. I used to dream up stuff to do for myself when I lost weight. Nails done, massage, etc. But then I realized those were all "outside" rewards. Kind of like giving a kid their allowance when they do their chores. I think the "inside" rewards are much more satisfying. What I mean by that is the naturally occurring rewards that happen (more energy, looser fitting clothes, better self esteem) are worth so much more than a stupid manicure.

I don't have a weight loss reward system anymore. However, my Fiance told me he'd buy me a new phone if I met my goals of 24 hours of fitness in 1 month and drinking 8 glasses a day for 1 month :) ^_^ I'm getting a free phone, but I have a stupid upgrade fee of $30 at the end of january when I do upgrade, so he's going to pay for that.
