I'm 35 years old, 5'5" and I have lost 115.5lbs from my highest weight of 280lbs. I currently weigh 164.5lbs and would like to lose 35ish more pounds to put me right into the middle of a healthy weight range. Here is a pictorial evolution of my staple article of clothing (dresses/skirts). The 1st picture I weighed about 270lbs (10lbs lighter then my highest), 2nd picture (210lbs), and 3rd picture (165lbs). I started my new healthy lifestyle in March of this year. I am so looking forward to hitting my goal in 2013, I am kinda dreading the last 35lbs because I think they will be the hardest to lose, especially the last 20lbs.

My advice is consistency and to not deprive yourself. Set a goal of how many time per week your going to work out and stick to it, no excuses. If you mess up move on and keep going. Have fun with it, and before you know it the weight will melt off.0
