This has been a rough week! Really i just want to take a bag of chips lay in bed and eat and watch tv... I WON'T do this because i wont break my rule about not eating past 7:00. The only thing that is keeping me going is seeing that 205 on Monday!0 -

Tuesday - 5-10oz & 1/2 liter= 65oz or a lil more OMG i did it! i feel bloated tho

Oh today was a great day. I got up and went for my 1 mile walk. Ended the day with another mile walk with my daughters and a half hour of gardening. And I got my 11 glasses in today. I'm soo jealous and proud of my husband, he has lost 12 lbs in the past 2 weeks...me I'm stuck at 5.
Week 2:

Gave in to the chocolate today. However, I did get in my exercise and ate almost all of my calories. Note to self: do not go to the store on an empty stomach. I got a new workout dvd that I can't wait to try. I love it switching up. Keep up the good work Barbies and stay motivated. We can do this! Have a great Thursday Barbies.

I really enjoy the water challenge! I am a vocal music teacher- so I'm constantly drinking water to keep my voice healthy! I have had to go to the bathroom between almost every class though!! Yesterday- started C25K. I could tell my legs were a little tired today. Walked and did the elliptical for an hour total. Hoping to start day 2 of the running! I hope its not too hard on my large body!!! Good luck with the water drinking gals! Keep working hard!0 -
