April's Challenge "No snacking after dinner"

            Last night was not a failure or a success. So I am still at
 
 
   Tonight will be a success, but I am going to up my cutoff time for now to 9 p.m. until I can get some consistency under my belt, and then slowly back it down again.  That worked for me oh so many moons ago                        0 -

Thanks to the support I got from lulabelle :flowerforyou:, I was motivated to stay strong last night and finished dinner by 9. Hurray :happy:, one more night down.0 - 
            I will see how it goes with a cut off of 9pm(BST).

            I'm pleased to report that last night was a success for me. It helped to know that I'd have to come here and "report" my failure if I ventured back into the kitchen. I also told my son..he can be a great food police. So instead of going downstairs for more water, he gladly played waiter to keep me out of the Kitchen.
Day 1 - Me 1 vs Snacking ZILCH!
I also started the C25K this morning and did FINALLY. I'm so proud of myself. I went over my calories yesterday by 174 (not bad/could have been worse) but I'm most proud that I tracked EVERY BITE and have totally planned out today too!0 - 
            I did good last night nothing after super not even watermellon and had super at 6 so that is 7/7 for me:happy: I went to bed at 10:30:yawn: my weigh in is tomorrow so I will see what happens.

            Well done, everyone! How about keeping a record of everyone's progress, as is done in other challenges? I'll start with my numbers, copy paste and add yours (or "Quote" and delete the [ quote ] and [/ quote ] lines).
Before doing it, I will admit to having had 2 exceptions, but they were both justified and the food was under control not controlling me
, so I'll count those nights as well.                        0 -

I suggest we update the list of counters weekly (say on Thursday), although with each report, we can/should say how far we've gotten. Does this make sense?
 It will give us also a nice overview of how many we are in this and will make it maybe a tiny bit harder for people to drop

            Yesterday it was hard. I had gusts, they have brought brownies, ice cream... I did not touch it. Saved some for morning breakfast for me. Had delicious breakfast and another benefit is - NO GUILT. Because I was strong last night! ))):drinker:0

            I am in. Yesterday was my second day on MFP and I did so well, and then last night I couldn't seem to resist eating. Had a lot of popcorn. Cooked on stove in Canola Oil with I can't believe it's not butter spray on it. Night time snacking is one of my worst habits. I will try really hard to do this with you all. Good luck to everyone.

            Well, my goal for the month of April was 20 out of 30 days of success. Well, I have blown 9 days of them. I have had 3
 
 
 successes so far, which means I have had 8 :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :"not successes" (I hate the word FAILURE).
Tonight, it's just me by my little lonesome, so I can't blame it on anyone else. So 7:30 for me. I can do this!!!0 -
