This is just what I need to get started moving. My goal is to get 180 minutes per week...a far cry from the 0 miutes that I am getting now. Happy New Year Everyone!

I am so ready to start this hope my knees and foot are ready! LOL I will be using my bodymedia fit to gather minutes of activity, it works me hard shoveled snow for 15 mins and washed the floor gave me 5 minutes of activity, so when I hit the 180 minutes I will show progress.
