    Seeing as ive taken 3mths off counting calories and training due to personal reasons (and luckily didnt gain any more weight) im starting back tomorrow morning... Doing a bit of circuit training at the kickboxing club.

    I hope to and lift. The lifting will definitely happen. My hubby woke up sick so he can not watch the kids. I may have to do Turbo Fire instead.

    Doing my Legs workout later this morning.
  • I just finished a 22 minute workout on my mountain climber treadmill. Got my heart rate up to 163..Average heart rate was 137..

    I did a 10K run in Hyde Park and knocked 3 minutes off my previous pb.
    I finally got under an hour at 59.16 and that's not feeling 100% with a cold.

    Great start to my year!
