    fooja- I watch that show too! I always catch it online because i never remember Friday nights. Do you think the DJ was acting this whole time? Kind of to add drama to the show? I just can't believe he changed his mind so fast when he was so rotten to start out with. I still like the show, the stories of the high school kids were so sad.

    Week 2:
    Monday - 36oz..Terrible day. I forgot my water bottle and felt lost all day!
    Tuesday - 5-10oz & 1/2 liter= 65oz or a lil more :D OMG i did it! i feel bloated tho
    Wednesday - 64oz and working on my 3rd liter right now
    Thursday - 2L (66oz) and plus..i stopped counting after a while lol
    Friday - 2L (66oz) and drank more after
    Saturday - oH Boy dranks maybe 4cupsof water..some lemonade lol & some sprite! ugh! tomorrow will be better!!
    Sunday - (# of cups/glasses)

    On a good not lost 1.5lbs this week!

    You can do it. This site and the PSB's make it easy. And the challenges are really good. It's not going to be rosy all the time, but every step you take that's good for you is a step in the right direction. We're behind you. :flowerforyou:

    Sunday might look pretty lame compaired to the rest of the week, but I still got in 8 cups while in the car for an 11 hour drive. It was actually kind of nice to only have to stop twice instead of in the bathroom every hour!

    I did not post each day but I was able to get in at least 8 cups a day. I do better during the week days, and tend to not drink as much water on the weekends! (even though I overate and had way too much sodium!) Anyway- I will try to keep up with the water drinking this week too! Do we have a new challenge for week 3? Weighed in at 289.9 on Friday for a total of 5.8 lost this week! I'm pretty sure some of it was TOM bloat- its finally over! yay! My goal for next week is 3 lbs and to watch my sodium intake (stay under the 2,500 even on the weekend)
