                    I made myself a scrambled egg wrap with cheese, tomato, and salsa. All only 210 calories! What about you?

 I have this just about every day at work with the exception of the sausage patty. Sometimes I add a cup of coffee with sugar free creamer and that adds another 32 calories.0
