I sure wish I had what you had this morning. I didn't have enough time to have breakfast at home so I had dunkin donuts hot chocolate and ham egg & cheese on an english muffin. It was too many calories. I think it totaled to like 6 hundred. Ill try again tomorrow but I will do a heavy workout tonight.0

I was really hungry this morning, so I had a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich. It was DELICIOUS.0 -
Had McDonalds #3 with Vanilla Iced Coffee for breakfast. I used to have this almost daily, now I have it almost never....today was the exception. Back on with lunch today! Not going to beat myself up over this one meal. I have done really good the past month, changing my diet and becoming more active (a mile a day on the treadmill for starting). I got a magic bullet for Xmas so I put in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, half a banana, some almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter and ice. SO DELICIOUS and it kept me completely full for 4.5 hours.
