    Quaker low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal with 1 Tbsp. raisins, coffe with sugar free creamer, and the last slice of cranberry orange bread left over from Christmas. 333 calories.

    I sure wish I had what you had this morning. I didn't have enough time to have breakfast at home so I had dunkin donuts hot chocolate and ham egg & cheese on an english muffin. It was too many calories. I think it totaled to like 6 hundred. Ill try again tomorrow but I will do a heavy workout tonight.

    I love seeing other people's food choices! :) Bananas seem to be a theme.

    I was really hungry this morning, so I had a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich. It was DELICIOUS.

    Had McDonalds #3 with Vanilla Iced Coffee for breakfast. I used to have this almost daily, now I have it almost never....today was the exception. Back on with lunch today! Not going to beat myself up over this one meal. I have done really good the past month, changing my diet and becoming more active (a mile a day on the treadmill for starting).
