  • I make a smoothie every morning.

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 banana
    1/4 frozen peaches
    1 cup spinach (It's amazing! You can'teven taste it!)
    and usually 2-3 ounces of water

    It's delish, low cal, and keeps me satisfied!

    Old fashioned oatmeal with chia seeds and cinnamon, coffee with SF flavored creamer, and 3 boiled egg whites- total calories 273 and very filling! I had an AM snack of mixed berries and greek yogurt to tide me over for lunch-193 calories...
