    Slice of toast with cheese spread, low fat Greek yoghurt, banana and grapes. Having protein in my breakfast makes me far more satisfied for longer

    I had a green smoothie which consisted of 1 cup spinach
    2 bananas
    1 mango
    1 cup water.

    I think tomorrow I am going to add some yogurt instead of the water for more protein
