Multi-grain whole wheat toast, w/ .5 teaspoon raw almond butter, .5 Tbl butter, 1 omega-3 egg, 1 slice of trader joe's uncured turkey bacon, with a big ol' glass of H20!!! nom nom nom!!!!0

2 servings of bob's red mill 6 grain cereal, 1 cup of skim milk and an english muffin w/butter.:noway:0

Half of a 5 hour energy. I didn't actually get around to eating until 4pm today.0

1/2 cup (measured dry) oatmeal with cinnamon and almond milk. My fav breakfast!0

1/3 cup of white grapefruit
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 cup of 4% large curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp of stevia

Slice of toast with cheese spread, low fat Greek yoghurt, banana and grapes. Having protein in my breakfast makes me far more satisfied for longer0

I had a green smoothie which consisted of 1 cup spinach
2 bananas
1 mango
1 cup water.
I think tomorrow I am going to add some yogurt instead of the water for more protein0 -

Post-run breakfast of weight-watchers layered fromage frais (49 calories) with some granola (maybe an extra 150 calories). Need some carbs before I head off to the gym in an hour or so!0
