I'm having a turkey jalapeno sandwich with swiss cheese, mixed greens, and horseradish mustard on orowheat 10 grain bread. As a side I'm having a mixed greens salad with feta crumbles and tomato with sesame sticks and balsamic vinaigrette.0

I had a homemade grilled garlic and tomato soup with a slice of whole wheat ciabatta and water. Yum!0

Lunch is almost always homemade soup, couple of slices of toast and butter.0

I'm really enjoying soups lately, since live in cold Canada.
Weather forecast is for snow later today so I have canned Chicken noodle soup.
I pick out all the chicken though.
Then later before gym is a mandarin orange and 2 scoops of whey protein into water.0 -

I need portion control so I stock up on Healthy Choice Top Chef meals. Today was Chicken Marina, 280 calories. Not bad for frozen pasta if I do say so myself!0

Hubby brought me Boston Market. Rotisserie chicken (no skin), dill potatoes, and mixed veggies. Oh, and of course I had the corn bread. YUM!0

I had fresh strawberries and mixed vegetables. It was yummy!0

I had a "Light Waldorf", which is basically chicken salad (chicken, non-fat greek yogurt, red grapes, celery, and almonds). Found it in fitness magazine. A serving of pineapple non-fat greek yogurt, a serving of non-fat cottage cheese, and an apple. I just really need to drink more water!0

i had an ezekiel bread, banana, almond butter and my uncle's homemade honey sandwich. also a big bowl of red & yellow peppers, cucumbers, button mushrooms, a roma tomato and organic carrots.0
