My lunch yesterday
Salmon sashimi, burdock, ginger, greens, wasabi and rice.
I live in Taiwan so I pretty much eat this kind of thing daily.0 -

Not really a "meal" but I baked up some homemade multigrain clover rolls. I decided to do them like everything bagels topped each roll with a mix of poppy seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, and dried garlic. They were delish :]
Those do look delicious. Are you a proffessional baker?
Thank you! Nope, I just really enjoy cooking. I actually haven't had tons of experience with baking bread either, but I can follow recipe instructions well enough not to have a total disaster on my hands, haha. :]0 -

Last night's dinner...grilled chicken, carrot, celery, and granny smith apple mixed with low-fat parmesan peppercorn ranch over mixed greens. 268 calories.
Today's lunch...homemade "mostly veggie meatloaf" with low-cal parmesan peppercorn ranch, corn, baby carrots, and grape tomatoes. 224 calories.0 -
