    This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

    Female, 38 years old... I'd like to loose 8 lbs this month, I think and hope it's doable... but difficult... 2lbs a week,,,,

    I'm starting late but I'm totally in!

    CW: 171.6 lbs I gained back 11 lbs between September and now...time to get rid of it!
    GW: 166 lbs

    I have changed my ultimate weight goal for the end of January to 137 lbs...

    I know the group is to loose 5 pounds, but I need that extra push right now!!

    Only 1 down in the first week....little frustrating since I was really good in my food and exercise. But I did see that my sodium was way over on many days - got to work on that. I am also starting today changing my goals to an "eat more to weigh less" philosophy. I am not sure how it will work but I am currently starving myself and the scale isn't moving. I am going to go with this for the rest of the month and see how it goes. It the logic works for my body, this is definately more like what I can do longterm.
