    Goal: My true goal is to get to 12-14% bodyfat before 8/10/13. I want to be lean and toned.

    *If I have to miss the gym I try to stay closer to 1,200. I usually burn between 500-750 calories/day from cardio. And I also lift about 5-6 days per week, so on those days I try to stay as close to 1,500 I can but if I go a little over, I dont sweat it. I NEVER eat my cardio calories back.*

    Eat 1300-1500 calories (during week, I go higher on weekends but try to add extra workouts).
    Calories burned: 220-600 (I do CLX and TurboFire six days 1/2 hour day and try to add cardio several nights and double up on weekends)

    I started in Sept doing Jillians Body Revolution... put a goal in at 140... hit that number on the head on my last day. Now I want to lose a few more pounds, tone up and lose some belly fat... oops I mean Body Fat ;)
    I am very scared of maintenance... I don't want to fall into bad habits. I know I am close but its nerve-wracking!

    I eat anything from 1300-1700 per day depending on how much exercise I do . I work out 4-5 times a week burning 300-500 cals.
    I eat most of my exercise cals back and drink around 2.5 litres of water a day .

    I would like to lose the last 7 pounds.. I am a medium frame and think that I look good at 140 and it is maintainable for me . I also like curves not bone :)

    Burned cals: ~100-150 per day, but 3x per week b/c of a busy schedule. I will change/improve that soon.

    Goal: To be toned...I mean, I am certainly concerned with losing the extra 10 to 15 lbs I gained in my most recent semester in school...but my biggest priority is retoning and shaping my entire body. I used to be a swimmer with an entirely sculpted and fit body and then illness and a very busy but sedentary studying lifestyle caused a great deal of muscle tone loss. I really want my legs (particularly my thighs) to be nice, lean, and toned for summer.

    Now working on losing fat and building muscle, but if I lose a bit of weight too then I'm OK with that. The very lowest weight I'd currently countenance being is about 148, less than that on my frame and I think it'd look bad.

    Gw: Don't have one, just to fit in my size 4 jeans again (currently in my 6's) and see all 6 abs (not just 2 haha)

    Eat: 1600-1800 calories a day no matter what exercise I do. I eat mostly Paleo so no dairy or grains.

    Burn: 200-800 depending on the day. I crossfit 4 x per week, run 2-3 (3-5 miles at a time), lift twice per week, and walk to work each day (2 miles total)

    Goals: Continue to get stronger by crossfitting and lower my body fat.

    I would like to get more toned. The last time I weighed this much, I was several pant sizes smaller, so I definitely have inches to lose to be anywhere close to where I want to be!

    not gonna lie, a lot of these posts are scaring me..... a lot of these ladies are pushing their bodies but not feeding them.... i always try to NET atleast 1200 a day! You can't drive a car without putting gas and oil it.... same goes for your body.

    Goal weight: 145lbs though 135lbs would put me at a size I never have been even in highschool and i would love to see how that feels.

    I am eating about 1200/day, if you check my log don't be allarmed if it stated lower, I try to preplan it and there are always small additions; a scoop of pb, an orange, nibble of my kids cookie at tea time, etc. On the weekends my cal intake is usually closer to 1500, which is why I keep it lower on weekdays. I burn anywhere from 200-700cals a day doing intentional exercise. I love to run but with the cold here in Manitoba averageing -20C (-10F ish) I am keeping it to 2-3 miles outside, or I snowshoe, or cross country ski. Some bodyweight exercise, and one fitnes class a week that usually focusses on strength as well. Many body fat calculators put me at 40% bf, I would love to be at 25%. So if I hit that and my weight is still higher I would be pumped!!

    Hello there!

    I am 5'10 inches and 25 years old.
    My current weight is 218.6 lbs
    Start weight was 230.5 lbs.
    I haven't been fit since I was like, 8, so I don't have a preconcieved goal weight. I think I want to get down to at least 175, but I don't really know.
    I usually eat about 1450 calories per day.
    According to MFP, I burn about 1817 calories per day.
    I do not exercise at this point as I am recovering from a severe illness and I'm not allowed.
    I do eat according to my macros.
    My goal is weight loss at this point and I am hovering at right around a 3 lb per week weightloss.

    Not sure about calories burned I eat 1500 a day on rest days and when I do gym sessions I eat back my calories. I don't eat back my general exercises like cleaning and walking. Id rather bank those.
