    I would like to get more toned. The last time I weighed this much, I was several pant sizes smaller, so I definitely have inches to lose to be anywhere close to where I want to be!

    not gonna lie, a lot of these posts are scaring me..... a lot of these ladies are pushing their bodies but not feeding them.... i always try to NET atleast 1200 a day! You can't drive a car without putting gas and oil it.... same goes for your body.

    Goal weight: 145lbs though 135lbs would put me at a size I never have been even in highschool and i would love to see how that feels.

    I am eating about 1200/day, if you check my log don't be allarmed if it stated lower, I try to preplan it and there are always small additions; a scoop of pb, an orange, nibble of my kids cookie at tea time, etc. On the weekends my cal intake is usually closer to 1500, which is why I keep it lower on weekdays. I burn anywhere from 200-700cals a day doing intentional exercise. I love to run but with the cold here in Manitoba averageing -20C (-10F ish) I am keeping it to 2-3 miles outside, or I snowshoe, or cross country ski. Some bodyweight exercise, and one fitnes class a week that usually focusses on strength as well. Many body fat calculators put me at 40% bf, I would love to be at 25%. So if I hit that and my weight is still higher I would be pumped!!

    I am 5'10 inches and 25 years old.
    My current weight is 218.6 lbs
    Start weight was 230.5 lbs.
    I haven't been fit since I was like, 8, so I don't have a preconcieved goal weight. I think I want to get down to at least 175, but I don't really know.
    I usually eat about 1450 calories per day.
    According to MFP, I burn about 1817 calories per day.
    I do not exercise at this point as I am recovering from a severe illness and I'm not allowed.
    I do eat according to my macros.
    My goal is weight loss at this point and I am hovering at right around a 3 lb per week weightloss.

    Not sure about calories burned I eat 1500 a day on rest days and when I do gym sessions I eat back my calories. I don't eat back my general exercises like cleaning and walking. Id rather bank those.

    I was eating 1200 or less and working off 300 5 days week but changed 2 months ago to around 1400-1500 and need to start burning again!
    was desperate to lose for my wedding but now I want to just make a reasonable permanent lifestyle change.

    5"7' weight 150 last time I weighted myself.

    Goal is to decrease body fat percentage and lose some more weight.

    I eat aroun 1200 or more a day- focusing on eating healthy foods!

    Burn in a day depends. I work out about 3-4 times a week, soccer burns 600-700 that day, dodgeball is more like 150, bootcamp is more like 300.

    I usually eat a bit more of the carlories I burn on those days.

    I have lost 10lbs in the last two months.

    CW: 167 (starting weight on MFP in March 2011 was 199, got down to 155 by January 2012, then gained a bit back last fall)
    GW: 150-155
    Daily Calories: 1600
    Exercise calories: yes, I eat them! The amount varies between about 130-500 per day, depending on the type of workout.
    Goal: Get back down to between 150-155 and maintain. Increase strength and fitness. Run more half marathons. Lower my bodyfat (haven't had it done in a year, last year it was 23.5%) to somewhere around 20%.

    Goals: I want to get down to 130-140, I want to add lean muscle, and I want to fit back into a size 6. I want to exercise more, and make this healthy eating a lifestyle change.

    I'm 5'7", currently about 174 and I eat 1500 calories plus whatever I earn in exercise, which is usually around 400 calories. My goal is to lose 17 pounds to get to my initial goal and then maybe lose another 10 or so after that.

    I usually burn about 200-500 depending on the ammount of Cardio and strength training I want to do. My goal is to beat my current 5K time and get to a healthier weight.

    I work out with my trainer lifting weights, doing terrible ab circuits, and boxing for 1/2 hour 2x per week and I run 4 miles 3x a week. Running 4 miles burns approximately 400 calories and who knows how many calories I burn with my trainer, as he is cruel. My goal is to weigh 140, but I might keep on going with this regimen if I'm not quite satisfied at that weight. In general, I'd like to acheive a 20% body fat percentage and to feel comfortable in a swimsuit.

  • Hi! I'm 19. I am 5 feet and 7 inches tall. I weigh somewhere around 150, I think. I'm at 1400 calories every day because I used the lightly active setting. I am a student so I walk to about four classes every day across a huge campus. That usually averages around 45 minutes of walking a day. I try to exercise at least twice a week. Usually I burn 200-700 when exercising. It just depends on the amount of time I have and which activity I choose. Feel free to add me so you can look at my diary!
