    Tried these and they were amazing!
    I don't like using the microwave so will have to try making these in the oven next time.
    I just added some organic herbal salt mix and that's it. Yum.

    One thing I noticed: If you bake these in multiple little patches, don't put them all together into a bowl, they release some moisture/steam and will get moist and lose the crisp!

    I made these a few days ago. They were so good but glad I only made one potato because I would have went over my calories for the day. I found the recipe on a different website and it said to lay them on a paper towel. yeah, DON'T do that unless you want little pieces of hard burned paper stuck to your chips.

    oh yes , I;ve had them ,and they are great , and very crunchy. I bought a special plate (which you don't need ) obviously . Anyway , yes quick and very yummy , I just add a bit of sea salt .
