I did 11 on my initial test, which is more than I thought, so level 2.
I've looked at the website which seems good and I understand how it will work.
Seriously considering giving this a go, even if it is just to prove to my partner it is possible to do 100 consecutive push ups.
I'll have to start tomorrow though.

I signed up as T1m_H (it required a 5 character name). I did 17 so I start on level 3.

I have to get in on this. 35 for the initial test. I can't imagine doing 65 more of those in a row.

    Is there one for pull-ups?

The web page has a pull-ups and sit-ups. First things first... sit-ups!!

Wow - I wish I'd done the level test earlier! My abdominal are sore today from yesterday's test!

Don't be discouraged starting with a low number. In one year I was able to go from less than one pull up to 6 just messing around. More recently, I was able to go from one pull-up to 13 in a month or two. Keep with the program - push-ups are great for your strength.

I just finished. Right now - that sounds like a good idea. 73 push ups - my form wasn't very good for the last set and I had to take breaks during it. A nice break will be a good thing!

Got halfway through my first day workout and got interrupted by some bad news. Will have to start day one over again on Wednesday. I finished the workout, but had an hour long break after the second set.

I did 20 wall pushups today. I am at work so I dont wanna get on the floor, plus 20 walls looks better than 1 floor. haha.

    I'm in.
I did a 0 in the initial test, so I decided to try with the incline as well. Once I can do 100 on an incline I'll repeat the program on the floor. It is just to hard right now.
