I have to say that I am very happy to see a 3 pound drop since my official start weight was on Monday of this week.
I did the sit-up challenge and barely found 15 minutes to meditate. Boy, why is it so hard to set aside 15 minutes in the day? That was a great reminder of how we are all too busy!!! :ohwell:

I started the 200 sit-up/crunch challenge. I did poor, but at first I was trying to do a real sit up but that was too much strain on my lower back. When I switched to crunches it was a little better but I was still in the "poor" category. Sad, but I will stick with it for as long as my bulging disc and fused vertebra will allow. I know I have to strengthen my inner core to help my back.0 -

Today I got on the scale really nervous becuase I haven't exercised all week due to injuries but the scale still blessed me with my efforts of eating. I am down 2 pounds. yay!!!

Hello All and Happy Friday! Today I feel happy and lucky. I am down 2 lbs and I hurt my back really bad on Sunday so I have been unable to exercise a whole lot. I have been trying to watch the calories but wasn't sure what would happen with the scale this morning. I was ecstatic to see a loss but am very anxious to get back to exercising! Doc said to give it a week and then ease into it:) I'm trying to be patient.

I really didn't lose anything, I really wanted to lose more before my trip, so I will have to work harder in the next 12 days before we go.
I have started the sit up challange, and my start was 50. So now I am just working though the steps to get to 200. I think I have even conviced my hubby to try it, which is very shocking.
I have not done the meditation yet, I have never really meditated before and really not sure how to. So I think tonight I will just take a bath with the door locked, and take my 15 min. that way.0 -
