    Just kidding, the forget-me-not is the state flower of Alaska which is where I grew up and Alaska holds a special place in my heart.

    Mine is a nod to my heritage. My mom was Norwegian and my dad was Black... so a little mixed mocha. And I live in AZ.

    I created my name when I was 14, for a Lord of the Rings forum I joined. Originally it was Nauriel Rochnur, which if you dissect it into the elvish roots, means "fire maiden horse friend". I shortened it to NaurielR to make it easier to type out and remember.

    Yes, I'm a Lord of the Rings nerd. And no, I am not ashamed.
