155-160 since I have a large frame.0

145-150...I don't want to lose my boobs! lol0
-
175ish0

To be 180lbs at 7%. Can't grow up so I'll grow out.0
-
I think I could maintain 145-150 pretty good.0

Up until the last 1-2yrs I've stayed around 140. So that is where I plan to get back to. I have always had a smsll frame and besides the effect being 181 lbs has had on my confidence, I don't enjoy thing like I use to. Things like playing with my son at the park, going to karate without hurting and being winded, or even going dancing with my friends. I hope we all reach our goals and have healthier lives because of it.0

Initial goal is 150, but I may lower it once I get there.0
-
I'm 155 right now and wanna be in the 140's but now I'm more focused on reducing BF% I'm somewhere between 25 and 23% right now and want to be about 20%, going for a 28 in waist too, I'm 29 ish now, and I'd like 27 or 280
-
130-135 and toned, about 20% bodyfat maybe0
-
Reached my first goal of 145. Ultimate goal is 135 but right now not focusing on the scale more less trying to lower my body fat %.0
-
My goal is 160!0

I would love a 28" waist. I've been stuck at 29.5" for weeks.
Weight-wise, I like to be 130-140lbs.
120lbs was too skinny, and 144lbs was too chubby.
But when it comes down to it, I go more by how I look since muscle/fat weighs differently.0 -
I'm 5'6", and I am aiming for 175-180 (presently 198).0
-
My immediate goal is 220lbs, but ultimate goal will probably be around 180 or so.0
-
my goal is to drop 40 pounds nd tone everything0
-
I'm 141lbs and would like to get to 135-130lb. More focused on decreasing my body fat percentage though from 20.8% to 18% or less.0
-
I want to go into maintenance when I reach 125-130 lbs. I am currently 138 lbs and running long distances and lifting some, but I'm getting a gym membership soon so I can lift more heavily and tone up a lot.0

5' 7" & 1/2 150lbs goal0

Hi
I'm 5ft 6in and 152lbs. I want to get to 140lbs but toned also. I always struggle to lose weight on my butt and lose off my chest first. I'm going to try weight lifting with a little cardiovascular to see whether it helps with my shape.0 -
My goal is 160. I have a larger frame and at 160 and a size 10 is good on me.0
-
Because I started off so big My goal is 170. My doc agreed only due to the fact they are already telling me I will have about 15 pounds of skin to remove (glamourous I know) I want to be in excellent body fat % and by the end of the year bench press more than what I weighed when I started (330lbs)
I would like to see the 140's but 170 is my ultimate goal and I will go lower after the skin removal.0 -
I'm 5'6 and currently at 188. My goal is 130, although I'm aware that the final 20lb or so will be quite difficult to lose. I'm mid 30s now but back in my 20s, my weight was about 120 give or take (I was a keen swimmer and dancer back then).0

165 puts me in a size 10 very comfortably. I can live with that0

I'm 5'6 and did lose weight a couple years ago while working at Dairy queen, yes, Dairy Queen. I work at the one in Gettysburg, PA and the summers run you ragged because of the tourists. I went from 190 to 147 within 2 years (losing about 25 lbs or so each summer, I focused on maintaining the weight during school), which was awesome! Then with the stresses of college and unhealthy food choices, I gained all of the weight back, plus some. I am hoping that in this round I can get back down to 147 and STAY that way...or even go lower than that! However, I'd be happy to just see 160 again.0
-
I'm 5'6 on maintenance at 123lbs. My BF% is about 18-19% so I'm really just training for my 5k and trying to eat enough.0
-
130 to 120 is my ultimate goal weight. It may sound too skinny, but I will not being doing it unhealthy-ly.0
-
The number I have in my head is around 140-145, but I don't really know until I get closer. Since muscle weighs less than fat, I'm more concerned about how toned I am when I get there than I am about the number on the scale.0

I'm 5"7.
In my late 20's I managed to get to 64kgs (141lbs) but couldn't maintain it.
Now I'm in my mid 30's my aim is around 75kgs (165lbs)0 -
140.
I got there before my wedding, then spent the last 7 months going mad, honeymoon, moving country etc. So now I'm around 150. I can see the extra in belly flab so I'd like to lose it again.
After that, lowering my BF% which is quite high, and just getting fitter.0 -
I'm 5'8 (lol sorry) I'm going for 75kg or about 165lb which means i still need to lose about 72lb (33kg)0
