    I'm 5ft 7 and my goal is 160lb.
    I have 2 sisters who are the same height as I and they weigh about 135-140lb and look healthy slim. I cannot even remember being 140lb in my adult years so I will first see how 160lb feels.:flowerforyou:

    I'm 5' 6.5'' so right in the middle!

    160 is my initial goal. Then I'll see where to go from there.

    My current goal is 200 lbs, but that could change depending on how much loose skin I have when I reach goal.
  • Im 5'7 and large frame, my short term goal is to lose 26 lbs by March. My long term goal is to lose 56 lbs. One day at a time!

    165 for an initial goal. I haven't weighed that in 20 years. Once I get there, I will reevaluate.

    I am 5'7" and the goal is 165. My military weight requirement is 167, but I want to be on the safe side. After I reach the goal I just want to maintain the weight and stay at least under 170.

    I'm 5'6" and currently 126 lbs, 18.6% body fat according to the caliper test I had done at my gym recently. I'm pretty comfortable with where I am, but wouldn't mind getting down to 16-17% or so.

    Anything below 15% would be too far... I don't want to stop getting menses and stuff.

    I'm 5'6 1/2 (the half is very important!) I'm currently around 147 & want to be 135-140 realisticly, anyhting less than that & i'd find it difficult to maintain. Once I get nearer to140 i'll be concentrating more on being toned and maybe increasing my weigh workouts.

    i'm 5'7" and my starting weight was 288... my goal is 188 and i will be quite content.

    I get to 235 and then something happens in my brain and i start to not care anymore...

    i got to 225 this past year and then over the course of 8 months i gained 25lbs back.... so i am currently trying to re-lose the same 25lbs... it's very frustrating.

    I am 5'7" pear shaped, medium frame. Started MFP at 175 size US 12/14 and am now maintaining at 145 lbs. and size 6 or 8.

    I'm 5'6 and the heaviest I ever weighed was 212lbs. I'm at 155 right now and am aiming for low 140s. My original goal when I started weight watchers at 200lbs 4 years ago was 145.

    I'm 5'7" and my current goal is 150lbs, but when I get there I will review to see if I want to lose anymore. 140 would be my lowest though.

    GW: 145
    Goal BF%: 20%

    I've weighed as little as 130 before, but that was nearly impossible to maintain and I looked sick. 145 is a good weight for my build, and is easy to maintain. My hubby and I are also trying to get pregnant, so if that happens before I reach 145, well, my goal then will be to gain minimal weight throughout hte pregnancy and just be healthy :-)

    My first goal is to get to 140lbs....I'm 160lbs now...my biggest. Pre-kids I was always 125lbs but I'll be happy when I hit 140 and then hopefully be able to get down to 130lbs.
  • My initial goal is to be 160 - I feel great at 170 and imagine at 160 I'll feel like a rail! I am 5'7"

    If I can keep going, I'll try for 150-155 but I want to get to 160 first.

    I am 5 ' 7" . witth a goal of 175 - well toned . I have been 240lbs for so long , that 199 lbs. is looking like an awesome 1st goal.

    CW 187 (which was my delivery weight for baby #2... He is six and a half!)
    GW 155.

    My initial goal was to be just under 70 kgs (so around 155 lbs). This number has become a very distant one since I work out with a trainer, as my body is changing a lot and my weight won't move. So I might just wait until I like my body and then see what number the scale says...

    5'6, currently at 130 lbs would like to continue to build on to my body with muscle, would love to tighten up my thighs, I guess 126 consistently would be awesome...
